Manual outreach across 11 international regions with no consistent follow-up cadence, no lead-status tracking, and no repeatable sequencing logic.

03 // THE APPROACH

33 discrete n8n workflows, one per regional lead sequence, each running staggered D1/D4/D8 follow-up cadences. Google Sheets serves as the lead-routing and status layer; AI nodes (via OpenRouter/DeepSeek) generate first-pass personalization per lead before human review.
