Systems before software

We map the organization before we write a line of code. Systems have context, constraints and interdependencies that software alone cannot resolve.

Architecture before code

Every implementation follows a documented architecture. We do not prototype our way to production. Decisions are intentional, reversible where possible, documented always.

Operations as a deliverable
